Mats Österholm primarily practices Commercial Litigation, as well as General Contract Law, Construction Law, Torts and Corporate Law. Mats has successfully represented several Fortune 500-companies, including one of the ten largest, in contract negotiations as well as in litigation. Before he started practicing law in 2004, he studied Conflict of Laws and Arbitration at University of Georgia School of Law in 2002-2003. Mats also taught Private International Law at Uppsala University Faculty of Law in 2004. In 2002, Mats was part of the team representing Sweden in the Telders International Law Moot Court Competition at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, placing second among 26 participating nations. Prior to studying law, Mats served as a Naval Officer in the Royal Swedish Navy in the 1990s.
